The e46 M3 CSL is a limited and lightweight edition version of the M3.
The engine used in the CSL had increased output over the regular S54 and reaches 355bhp and 370Nm torque taking this 00´s rocker from 0-100km/h in only 4,8seg.
Unfortunately, the only transmission available on this version was the 6-speed SMG II automated transmission but to compensate it is 110kg lighter than the regular M3
The aerodynamics were revised, including a carbon fibre front splitter that improved down force at high speeds by 50% and wheels were also increased in size to 19 inches.
All this mods made this CSL the ultimate driving machine of its time!
