IMPERIAL AUTO FINESSE
Auto Finesse Imperial is a powerful acid-free cleaning agent that safely removes dirt from wheels. Its high-foaming formula makes light work of a heavy task. It is also used to clean tires. Application: Cleaning your rims is usually the first job you tackle when detailing a car. You will need two types of brushes, a rim brush to clean the barrel and spokes of the rims and a detail brush to clean the centers and bolts. You will also need a separate bucket to rinse your brushes. Lastly, you will need a microfiber drying towel to dry the rims and of course the Imperial. Start by using a hose or high-pressure machine to remove any loose contamination and spray Imperial directly onto the wheels and tires, completely saturating all exposed surfaces. Let the product stop momentarily while it begins to soften the dirt. Start with the rim brush, cleaning between the spokes and reaching into the rim barrel to loosen as much dirt as possible. Finish by using the detail brush to clean the centers and screws. Also, take this opportunity to thoroughly scrub the tires to remove any product used previously. After that, you can rinse or high-pressure wash all the dirt. During the wheel cleaning process, make sure you regularly rinse your brushes in the bucket as this will minimize the chance of scratching your wheels. If iron or tar based precipitation is still present after cleaning with Imperial, try Auto Finesse Iron Out and/or Auto Finesse ObliTARate. Imperial is safe for use on all painted, clearcoated and powdercoated wheel finishes. Chrome, polished aluminum, or anodized finishes must be treated with extreme caution. These types of wheel finishes should be cleaned with Auto Finesse Citrus Power. Do not apply Auto Finesse Imperial if the wheels are hot, in direct sunlight or if the ambient temperature is below 0 degrees Celsius
